Dynamic Measuring Method of Laser Beam Incident Angle for Laser Doppler Vibrometer

Accurately measuring the incident angle of laser Doppler vibrometer (LDV) beam is crucial for calculating accurate dynamic response a target. Nonetheless, conventional methods may encounter limitations due to spatial constraints. To address this issue, novel high-precision method proposed based on principle LDV. Furthermore, compact device constructed facilitate method. The involves simulation various tangential velocities utilizing high precision rotating disk system. Subsequently, computed projection relationship established between average value LDV measurements and simulated velocities. validate feasibility correctness obtained angle, paper compares with that through device. This analyzes four key factors affect results theoretically experimentally: environmental noise, spot position error, roll pitch disk. indicate error are more influential than other two factors. Corresponding optimization measures also improve accuracy.
